Patrian Coffee Supply partners with trusted U.S.‑based fulfillment providers to ensure fast, reliable delivery. This policy explains how shipping works for all products sold in our store.
1. Fulfillment Partners
We work with multiple fulfillment providers depending on the product:
Roastify (Coffee Products)

Coffee is roasted fresh to order.

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after roasting begins.

Roastify ships within the United States only.

Tracking information is automatically sent once the order ships.
Collective / Syncee (Non‑Coffee Products)

Processing times vary by supplier.

Most items ship within 3–7 business days.

Some items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners.

Tracking is provided as soon as it becomes available.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Weight and size

Carrier rates
We also offer:

Free shipping on qualifying orders (when applicable)

Standard U.S. shipping for all coffee products
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows:

Coffee (Roastify): 3–7 business days after roasting

Collective / Syncee items: 5–12 business days depending on supplier and carrier
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume seasons.
4. Split Shipments
Because products may come from different fulfillment partners:

Your order may arrive in multiple packages

Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment
You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and photos of the issue

We will work with the appropriate fulfillment partner to resolve it quickly

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
