We want you to love what you brew. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we’re not able to accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us at patriancoffeesupply@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll issue a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the issue is verified.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Order Issues
If something feels off — wrong item, missing item, damaged shipment — email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After roasting begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
