Do you roast your coffee in‑house?
Our coffee is roasted fresh to order through trusted U.S. roasting partners. No warehouse stock. No stale beans. Every bag is roasted specifically for your order.
How long does it take to ship?
Coffee (Roastify): Roasted and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that.
Non‑coffee items (Collective / Syncee): Processing times vary by supplier, usually 3–7 business days. Some items may ship separately.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Your items may come from different fulfillment partners. Coffee ships from our roasting partners, while accessories or merch may ship from Collective or Syncee suppliers. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
Can I return coffee?
Because coffee is roasted fresh to order, opened bags cannot be returned. Unopened items may be eligible within 14 days. See our Return Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once roasting begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it sealed, cool, and dry. No fridge. No freezer. Just airtight storage away from heat and light.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
